Ali Khoshnevis Zadeh

Biography

Ali Khoshnevis Zadeh, born in 1948 in Isfahan, Iran, is a master of the Iranian Pyrography. He moved to Tehran with his family in 1951, where he completed his primary education at Darolfonoon School. He learned Pyrography at the age of 13 from his father, Master Hossein Khoshnevis Zadeh, and continued his education with Master Abbas Khan Zolfonoon Esfahanian and Master Hossein Behzad.

From 1960 to 1970, Khoshnevis Zadeh studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran, before returning to Isfahan. He completed his first independent panel at the age of 30 and has been continuously creating various works for over 60 years now.
He has trained over 700 students in Pyrography and has received hundreds of commendation plaques from various countries. Master Ali Khoshnevis Zadeh has held exhibitions in many countries including Australia, Russia, Algeria, Pakistan, and Iran.
This distinguished master follows the Safavid school in his works and continues to create panels that dazzle viewers worldwide.
