Hossein Ali Mossadegh-Zadeh

In the name of god, I am Hossein Ali Mossadegh-Zadeh the son of Abdul Ghaffar Mossadegh-Zadeh the famous Iranian master. When I was 12 years old and studying in a traditional school, my father took me to his workshop and with his fatherly love told me that you should learn this art and continue doing it after me. He said this art was created by his ancestors and I can follow their path to keep the art alive. I accepted and then I went to the academy of fine arts and started my long journey. (This biography was collected by Mujtaba Mossadegh-Zadeh the son of master Hossein Mossadegh-Zadeh who learned and worked beside his father and brother since his childhood).

I use two different art styles in my work, the first one is called seven color, which we paint the tile and then cook it in an oven. The second is style that we use is mosaic. First we cut the mosaic pieces then we paint them and at last we put them together.
